Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Window

We offer an 8-day exchange/return policy, which means you must raise a request within 8 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in original condition and packaging
  • Have the invoice available at the time of return pickup

Used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange / Return Is Allowed Only If:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was not sealed properly at the time of delivery
  • The product was expired at the time of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Perishable goods (including food items)
  • Personal care products once opened
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Damages & Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If there is any issue, inform us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Return Pickup & Address

Once your return is approved, the product will be picked up from the original delivery address.

If required to ship the product, returns should be sent to:

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Process

In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 days after the return pickup is completed.

Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped.

If the cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds generally reflect within 5–7 business days.
